The warranties we offer are paired with each manufacturer we support. In the event of a warranty issue, we will communicate through email and pictures to discuss issues and manufacturing defects. In most cases, we will ship the product to a 3rd party for inspection and root cause analysis.
Typically, after an order is placed and paid for, it takes 1-3 days to prepare the product and arrange freight. The amount of time it takes for the product to arrive will also depend on the product’s location in storage and the destination it’s being shipped to.

We do everything on our end to provide accurate pictures, drawings, specs, and detailed information for our customers to make the right decision on which part to purchase. Everytime a product leaves our facility we now have no control over the environment, use, and contamination. Therefore, for us to accept a return and re-use it for a future sale is difficult. We cannot provide the same level of guarantee without doing a dismantle and inspection, as well as a restocking fee. So, in this case, it can become more costly for the end user to pay for shipping back, inspection, and restocking. So this is why most sales, with some exceptions, are final.
